INTRODUCTION

ZENITH Composite Pipes combine the advantages of metal and plastic pipes and eliminate the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminium core is absolutely diffusion tight and reliably prevents oxygen or gases from permeating into the pipe. It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes in temperature. ZENITH Composite Pipes consist of an overlapped aluminium core with an inner and outer layer of polyethylene - PE. All the layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The aluminium thickness of ZENITH Composite pipes has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements.

PE (Polyethylene) Layers in ZENITH Composite Pipes provides all the advantages of plastic pipes such as, Corrosion resistance, scale resistant, chemically inert, smooth surface for better flow properties, toxic free & rust free. The Adhesive Layers in ZENITH Composite Pipes plays an important role as it perfectly bond the metal and plastic, absorbs eventual shifting movements between the plastic and the metal, likely to occur in opposite directions and gives the Composite pipe the advantages of a single component pipe.
